Owners, Juan and Lorena Delgado, moved to Oviedo in 2000 from Dublin, California. All four of their children have grown up in Oviedo. Giving back to the community that they have raised their family in, is a major priority of theirs!

Owner, Juan Delgado, has been in the restaurant industry for over 35 years. He has become experienced in international cuisine with positions such as Sous Chef at Benihana Japanese Restaurant, Kitchen and General Manager for Chevy's Fresh Mex/Rio Bravo, Kitchen Manager for The Cheesecake Factory, and owner of Gloria's Cafe Latin Restaurant. His lifelong dream was to own a restaurant close to home and Cafe Panuzzo's has fulfilled that aspiration.
General Manager, Kalina Delgado has been at it for over ten years now upon graduating from UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality with a degree in Event Management. Prior to graduation, Kalina gained experience in the industry while hosting and serving at Cafe Panuzzo's, in addition to interning and assisting for various companies in the special events industry. She has a strong passion for hospitality and events and loves seeing the restaurant continue to evolve and grow.
