Taking Pinot Grigio to the next level, showing a delicate floral bouquet, flavors of peach and stone fruits; rich body and wonderful minerality. From the high elevation vineyards in Friuli, known for producing some of the worlds finest white wines.
100% Aglianico. Pronounced “alli-yawn-ico”. This black skinned grape is grown in the southern regions of Italy and sometines called the “Barolo of the South”. It shows a complex, earthy nose, dried figs and delicate hints of spice. Richly textural palate with a finsih long and generous. Pairs wonderfully with rich meats like pork, and beef dishes with mushrooms.
95% Sangiovese and 5% Merlot. A super tuscan wine is produce in the famous region of Tuscany, but the winemaker may include any grape they desire, instead of playing by the “rules” of traditional Italian winemaking. For this bottle, the name “Adone” is a tribute to Ado Buci, the winemaker’s father, who helped his son create the Collemattoni Winery in 1988. Collemattoni has been using organic framing methods for many years, and the winery was certified organic in 2012. Ruby red in color with a bouquet of violet, cherry and blackberry. Fruity, well-balanced and persistent. Pairs perfectly with pizza, pasta and cuts of pork and beef
Rich and complex; showing flavors of cherry, blackberry and spice, with a silky body. To make a Ripasso, freshly pressed grape juice is mixed with grape pressings from a previous Amarone production. This process lends more flavor characteristics of Amarone to the wine. After 12 months developing in oak barrels, the wine is bottled and sometimes referred to as “Baby Amarone.”

80% Corvina, 10% Corvinone, and 10% Rondinella. Select grapes are left to dry on racks, “raisin dried” for over 4 months after harvest and lose over 40% of their weight, so the grape flavors are more concentrated. Aged for a minimum of 2 years in oak barrels. Deep ruby red, dried fruits, blackberry
with hints of vanilla and spice, generously structured and velvety. This wine is the ultimate tribute to Italian winemaking and its ingenuity.
100% Sangiovese Grosso. Widely considered the “King of Italian Wine”. Bright cherry, strawberry, violet and cinnamon on the nose. Full body, firm and silky tannins. Savory characteristics with a dark and meaty quality of young fruit. You also get exotic spice, toasted espresso bean and grilled herbs.

Produced with grapes from 70-year-old vines, then aged for 24 months in oak, this wine shows depth and complexity that is simply amazing.
